We’re on a hunt for an experienced Marketing Leader who comes from a solid knowledge in Insurance with leadership experience to join our Product and Customer Marketing team.

The Marketing Lead, Lending & Wealth will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel, data-driven marketing strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention across ING’s Mortgages, Consumer Lending, and Wealth portfolios. This role is pivotal in shaping ING’s future-ready marketing capability and delivering customer-centric solutions in a dynamic financial services environment.

They bring strategic thinking, creativity, and data fluency to drive impactful marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. With a growth mindset and collaborative spirit, they thrive in dynamic environments, influencing cross-functional teams and leading with purpose. Experience launching new products, managing integrated campaigns, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes is essential, along with a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions that empower Australians to “do their thing.”
