At ING, we’re committed to innovation and continuous learning. In this role, you’ll have the chance to grow your leadership skills, work with emerging technologies, and shape the future of cybersecurity within a global organization that values collaboration and forward-thinking.

If you’re passionate about cybersecurity and thrive in a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise testing efforts based on risk and business impact.
  • Mentor and grow a team of penetration testers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.

  • Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and offensive security techniques.

What we’re looking for…

  • Deep knowledge of offensive security principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in offensive security, including team leadership and hands-on penetration testing expertise.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage delivery timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Background in consulting or client-facing roles; experience in managed services environments is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries is desirable.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSCP or CREST are highly valued.

What’s in it for you?

  • Discounted ING Health Insurance.
  • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing.
  • An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity.
