Sydney | Permanent & Fixed-Term Opportunities

We're growing our Retail Credit Risk team and are seeking expressions of interest from talented risk professionals interested in both permanent and fixed-term opportunities across analyst and manager-level roles.

If you're passionate about leveraging data, analytics and technology to deliver meaningful risk insights and influence business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging risks across retail and SME lending portfolios.
  • Deliver actionable risk insights, reporting and analysis to support business and risk decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Data and Technology to enhance data, reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • Drive improvements through automation, data quality initiatives and innovative reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that strengthen risk management, governance and portfolio performance.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in credit risk analytics, portfolio monitoring, risk reporting or risk data management within financial services.
  • Strong SQL, data analysis and reporting skills, with exposure to tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of retail lending products including home loans, credit cards, personal lending and/or SME portfolios.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and the use of emerging technologies.
