Who are we?

Our customers are supported by a mortgage advisor when searching for a new home. They submit their mortgage applications to our mortgage underwriters in our Super Circle (SC) Mortgages Origination. Our purpose is to help our customers in realizing their living dreams in a carefree manner. We are committed to exceeding customer expectations at every step. What do you bring as a Circle Lead?

As a Circle Lead you are responsible for a circle of ~35 members divided across 2 teams. These self-driving teams are responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers in the most efficient way. You play a critical role in this. You build and manage a team that delivers maximum results. Because, you help the team and its’ members to improve, you bring us closer to that dot on the horizon and proudly represent your teams to our stakeholders.

You deliver results together with your teams because you understand the context they operate in and because you codevelop the strategy and know what it requires of your teams. You unite your teams by creating a clear framework that allows all members to flourish. As a leader you challenge your teams to maximize their performance by asking the right questions at the right time, help them overcome obstacles, and support them in adopting new solutions and ways of working. Your combine all available data with the knowledge of your people to take the lead.

In a broader context, you will be the link to a broad set of stakeholders (Tribe, Sales, Risk parties, External mortgage advisors). You will codevelop our strategy and our goals and push for results across all stakeholders. You take ownership, are resourceful, bring structure, unite people and safeguard our interests.

In addition to this we require:

  • A completed university education and Wft Basis (or prepared to achieve this within 3 months)
  • Relevant managerial experience
  • Knowledge of banking procedures, tooling and servicing concepts
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience in pushing for results based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience in realising change in culture and context
