In our Digital, Assisted & Customer Interactions tribe, we are looking for a Digital Customer Journey expert for Digital NL. Within Digital NL, we are responsible for Digital sales and engagement/experience on ing.nl and the ING app.

We have millions of interactions with customers every day. Customers who do their daily banking business, but also customers who are looking for a financial product.

We are looking for a Digital Customer Journey Expert who will help us realize our ambition to be a Digital Frontrunner. The Digital Customer Journey Expert has experience with CRO optimizations and an affinity for digital marketing and campaigns.

What will you do?

You are perfectly capable of identifying opportunities in the customer journey based on data and making them concrete. Where you see opportunities, you actually know how to realize them. You work effortlessly with our CMS Bloomreach, in which you optimize content and set up A/B tests. In addition, you will execute digital marketing campaigns with a commercial and customer-centric mindset. You don't wait—you take action when necessary, and you feel comfortable when you can work independently. You feel responsible for your tasks and initiate new ideas to improve the customer journey. With your open mindset, you constantly ask yourself (and others) the question: 'What is possible?'.

Your work environment:

You will be working in the Area Digital NL. Within this area we are involved in all Digital (Marketing) activities for our private products, products and propositions. We activate people through external channels, personalize customer journeys and provide our 8.1 million customers with personalized insights in our app. Doing all this through the agile method. So we work in sprints, are data-driven and we experiment with the aim of continuously improving.

You are commercial, enterprising, have a passion for the customer, but certainly also for the field of digital marketing. You work data-driven, are not afraid to work in a complex organization and have the ambition to grow within a few years. In summary, we expect the following from you:

  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language and have current residency int he Netherlands
  • Completed HBO or WO education
  • 3-5 years of work experience in Digital marketing
  • Experience activating and managing online campaigns
  • Experience in setting up and analyzing AB tests
  • Optimize customer journey experience
  • Strong in interpreting data into action points
