AI Product Owner (Lead)

Role Summary

Responsible for driving AI strategy, governance, and delivery across the Wholesale Banking organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global standards. You will lead a team of AI Analyst and Copilot Studio Developers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Define and execute AI and GenAI strategy and roadmap
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives and portfolio
Oversee use case intake, prioritization, and execution
Enforce AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Drive benefits realization (efficiency, FTE savings, productivity gains)
Engage senior stakeholders and provide executive reporting
Lead AI adoption, capability building, and training programs

Technical Competencies

AI Strategy & Operating Models
Generative AI & LLM Architecture
Prompt Engineering & AI Agent Design
Grounding, Retrieval and Context Management
Responsible AI, Risk & Governance
Copilot Studio & Microsoft Copilot Ecosystem
Portfolio and Stakeholder Management

Qualifications

7-10+ years in AI, automation, or digital transformation
Experience in banking, BPO, or shared services preferred
Excellent knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Copilot Development Best Practices, and AI governance
Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
Expert-level understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, grounding and retrieval strategies, context management, agent orchestration, and responsible AI practices, with the ability to define standards, review solution designs, and govern enterprise-scale AI implementations.
