We are looking for you if:

  • you have experience in incident management,
  • you have ability to identify problems, analyze key information and make connections,
  • you can take care of customer relations,
  • you can maintain and develop knowledge base.

Additionally, you will score for:

  • excellent communication skills,
  • working directly with customer support,
  • very good command of English,
  • professional experience in identity and Access Management Domain,
  • professional experience in environments under strict control of regulators.

Your responsibilities:

  • incident Management - issues analysis.

Information about team:

As a department, we work on delivering world-class Identity and Access Management services for ING Globally.

As a squad, we continually look for improvement of the provided IAMaaS services, for which we work in close collaboration with the other squads, our colleagues in the Netherlands and the rest of the world functioning as a single point of contact for them.

As a part of Customer Care Specialist you will help design our future customer journeys and optimize existing ones based on your passion for an excellent customer experience, your expertise in front-end or back-end processes, your insights into cost efficiency and your skills in automation techniques.
