Are you ready to take on a dynamic and high-impact role in Business Banking?We’relooking for a Business Banking Lending Expert to join our front-office team and help drive the execution of sizeable lending transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, Legal, and external stakeholders to shape complex financing solutions.

The BusinessBanking Lending teamisa group of experienced professionals dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and mid-sized companies (turnover up to EUR 150 million) with tailored financing solutions. Your day to day

• Ensuring a consistenthigh levelof service, qualityoutputand policy compliance across all lending activities

• Preparing credit proposals for larger exposures and/or complex credit structures. You will focus on substantiating the transaction rationale,analysing business, structure and financial risks and mitigants, and actively supporting the file during discussions with Risk Management to ensure alignment with internal policies and credit appetite

• Reviewing and guiding financial models and sensitivity analysis to support transaction structuring and risk assessment

• Reviewing Deal Presentations,presentingand discussing with Risk Management, including the analysis of different transaction structures and providing recommendations

• Negotiating and reviewing (indicative) term sheets and legal documentation to ensure these reflect the credit approval conditions

• Monitoring and reviewing the assigned lending portfolio, ensuringtimelyupdates and proactive risk management

• Reviewing risk ratings (where applicable), and interfacing with Risk Management

• Attending meetings and calls with clients including on transaction-related due diligence discussions

• Acting as front-office mandate holder,making credit decisionsin case of certain lending exposures,representingthe bank in internal approvalprocessesand ensuring alignment with relevant credit risk policies.

What you bring to the team

• Previousexperience as aseniorin lending & in a transactional environment

• Provenexpertisein corporate, syndicated, project,acquisitionand object finance; experience withreal estateand municipal lending is a plus

• Strong skills in financing structuring, financial analysis, and understanding of corporate lending, financial markets, and trade finance services

• Excellent analytical skills and a strong focus on quality; detail-oriented andaccurate

• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, motivation, and team spirit.Ability to lead transactions & projects end-to-end.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude

• Master’s degree in finance/economics/accounting/management (or similar)

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
