Play a key role in driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance in the highly regulated banking environment. In this position, you will manage a variety of procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure the smooth operation of our iconic, sustainability-focused headquarters. Responsibilities

Procurement

  • Needs assessment, tendering, and supplier selection in line with internal regulations
  • Price negotiations and evaluation of offers
  • Contract drafting and administration (HU/EN)
  • Maintaining regulated processes, supporting internal and external audits
  • Preparing reports, analyses, and approving invoices
  • Process optimization

Facility Management

  • Organizing building maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinating service providers (cleaning, maintenance, fleet)
  • Supporting energy administration tasks
  • Liaising with partners and internal departments
  • Updating facility management policies, supporting events

Requirements

  • College or university degree (economics/finance/technical)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and/or facility management
  • Project management experience, excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written), legal text comprehension in HU/EN
  • Structured, compliance-oriented work approach
  • Strong MS Office skills (GEP knowledge is an advantage; Excel and reporting skills required)
  • Advantage: knowledge of energy and sustainability
