We are looking for You if You:

  • want to gain experience in the area of recruitment and onboarding,
  • are communicative and proactive in action,
  • can work dynamically in a changing environment,
  • are characterized by great work organization and self-reliance.

You'll get extra points for:

  • experience in the area of HR (especially in recruitment and/or onboarding process)
  • ability to work under time pressure,
  • highly developed communication skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • comprehensive support of recruitment and onboarding process such us:
  • Onboarding organization, hosting new joiners, administration
  • contacting Candidates and scheduling interviews
  • handling tickets
  • events participation
  • general administration and support of Recruitment Team
  • participation in HR projects

You will be joining a passionate Recruitment Team that loves creating a smooth and welcoming experience for new joiners. From organizing onboarding sessions and conducting interviews to supporting Global HR projects, we make sure everything runs seamlessly. We value open communication, proactive approach and teamwork to create a positive candidate and employee experience.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Intern I”

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.
