About the circle
The Supercircle Daily Banking is part of the Area Daily Banking Operations, within COO NL. This Supercircle handles customer requests and interactions for our Daily Banking clients in DBNL. Within Daily Banking Ops, we process incoming customer requests and strive for excellent service within a seamlessly operating organisation.

What will you do?

As an Operations Professional III, you will handle customer requests regarding disputed card transactions (disputes). You will assess whether the application is complete, analyse the data, and determine whether the customer is entitled to compensation – all according to clear guidelines.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities include checking whether requests meet the requirements and assessing if customers are entitled to reimbursement. You analyse responses from other banks to ensure correct processing and identify as well as handle fraud claims. Additionally, you contribute to and guide improvements within the team, monitor both the quality and quantity of work, and handle complex cases while consulting with stakeholders.

What do we ask of you?

  • A higher professional education (HBO) diploma, preferably in banking, economics, or business administration.
  • Experience with banking processes or financial services is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Customer-oriented, independent, and decisive.
  • Eager to learn and flexible.
  • Good written command of English.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a real team player.
