The Digital Marketing Expert will lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, managing both internal and external projects. This role requires a creative, data-driven, and strategic thinker who thrives as an individual contributor, enjoys working autonomously, and is ready to get hands-on with all aspects of digital marketing.

Must have a minimum of  5 years relevant working experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Management:
    • Manage all paid online advertisements such as Meta Ads, Google Display Network, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
    • Collaborate with agencies for media planning and buying.
    • Must also be proficient in performance marketing with or without agency
  • Social Media Management (Organic & Paid):
    • Oversee organic and sponsored social media campaigns across platforms.
    • Handle community management
    • Manage social media tools for CMS and social media listening
  • Content Marketing:
    • Design and maintain a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
    • Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms.
    • Ensure amplification of internal employer branding efforts through organic and paid posts.
  • SEO & SEM:
    • Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
    • Strong knowledge of PPC campaigns and keyword strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Utilize web analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Internal & External Communication Platforms:
    • End-to-end management of platforms such as social media, website, and internal comm platforms

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to design and execute content marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in an autonomous role.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and getting hands-on with execution.
