The Business Manager will provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Private Individuals, ensuring the effective execution of business plans, performance monitoring, and process optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Private Individuals in defining and implementing business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects across different teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Budget & Forecasting: Support budgeting processes, financial planning, and cost control activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the Head of Private Individuals and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement best practices across operations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in project/business management, strategy, or financial analysis within the banking or financial services sector.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Languages: Fluent in English
