  • Plan and execute full-scope red team engagements simulating advanced persistent threats (APTs).

  • Perform reconnaissance, initial access, lateral movement, privilege escalation, and data exfiltration in controlled environments.

  • Conduct targeted penetration tests across web, infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid environments.

  • Deliver detailed technical reports with risk-based remediation guidance.

What we’re looking for…

  • Strong technical expertise with C2 frameworks, detection evasion techniques, OPSEC best practices, and offensive operations in cloud environments.

  • Ability to develop or customize offensive tooling to support advanced adversary simulations.

  • 5–8 years of experience in offensive security, including at least 2 years as a key red team member simulating real-world threats.

  • Proven experience collaborating with cyber defence teams (SOC, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence) to align offensive activities with detection and response capabilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with relevant offensive security certifications is essential (CREST, OSCP, CRTO or similar)

What’s in it for you?

  • Discounted ING Health Insurance.

  • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing.

  • An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity.
