As Campaign Manager, you’ll turn ideas into campaigns that are impossible to ignore. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to person for making things happen. Your mission? Ensure our messages land with the right people, in the right way, at the right time.


Ready to make an impact?

What you’ll do

  • Bring campaigns to life: Manage execution and launch of email, SMS and digital banner campaign assets to agreed timelines, interfacing point-to-point with Customer Interactions tribe, who own build & deployment
  • Ensure optimal targeting: Complete data brief in-line with targeting and segmentation strategy.
  • Develop suit of campaign assets: Take master campaign asset / key visual, and expand to full multi-channel campaign suite with agency or in-house studio.
  • Test, learn, repeat: Support A/B and multivariate testing, analyse performance, and apply insights to optimise campaigns.
  • Collaborate in agile squads: Participate in ceremonies, prioritise tasks with the PO, and work with cross-functional teams to hit sprint goals.
  • Keep everyone in the loop: Communicate campaign requirements, share progress updates, and manage necessary approvals.

  • Sharp attention to detail to spot errors and maintain brand consistency.
  • Clear communicator who can make complex ideas simple and customer-friendly.
  • Passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable with campaign tools and eager to learn and improve.
