Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiasticEmployee Journey Expertto join ourHRteam within the new Hubs Spain (based in Madrid).

The responsibility of this person will be collaborating with the rest of the HR team to bring to life a differentiating employee experience. Will apply expertise in needs analysis and journey mapping, aim at improving the employee experience across the employee life-cycle by improving effectiveness, quality and speed of delivery, while ensuring to be compliant and cost-efficient

Your key responsibilities:

As an Employee Journey Expert you will:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding ensuring timely and proper compliance with Social Security and the SEPE of employees. Also, in the ERP and in the needed different platforms.
  • First point of contact for any employee queries. Support employees and improve the employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to solve their issues.
  • Ensure local and global People Services standards are met, aligned with a HR Risk management mindset and with it the correct administration of labour documentation as well as the application of Spanish labour.
  • Responsible of documented internal procedures - including updates.
  • Be responsible of the correct administration of employee benefits (meal vouchers, insurances…)
  • Positively contribute to manage employee data and pay management accurately and on time.
  • Control data accuracy: organizational changes update on ERPs.
  • Ensure local and global People Services standards are met, aligned with a HR Risk management mindset and with the correct administration of labour documentation as well as the application of said rules.
  • Provide a best-in-class experience to ING Hubs team, in collaboration with the rest of ING Hubs Spain HR team and other departments.
  • Support on payroll process, in close cooperation with the provider.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree in related topics: Labour Relationships, Law…
  • 3 to 5 years of experience and knowledge in employee lifecycle related processes management.
  • Show knowledge on Spanish legislation in force, applicable to payroll and HR Administration processes. HR Risks and Compliance mindset.
  • Experience in managing employee benefits in a large company.
  • Experience and knowledge in employee lifecycle related processes management.
  • Show knowledge on Spanish legislation in force, applicable to payroll and HR Administration processes. HR Risks and Compliance mindset.
  • Knowledge of international mobility to ensure proper compliance in all processes involved in this area.
  • Able to apply own sound judgement and confidentiality.
  • Will to learn and challenge actual processes & tools, with focus on process automation.
  • Professional with absolute focus on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Advanced payroll skills.
  • Workday knowledge is a plus.
