AsanHRBP Retail NLIntern, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives that directlyimpactour Retail organisation in the Netherlands.You’llwork on strategic projects spanning various Retail domains, allowing you todive deep and take ownership.You will also support the team with business-as-usual activities, such as preparing materials, supporting stakeholder communication, or contributing toongoing people initiatives. This gives you a broad experience of working in HR.

This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience inproject management, stakeholder coordination, strategic HR delivery, and content creation.You’llcontribute to meaningful work, learn from experienced HR Business Partners, and help bring clarity and momentum to projects that matter.

  • The HRBP Lead for Retail NL

  • HR Business Partners across Retail NL

  • HR Colleagues across different teams andexpertiseareas

Key Responsibilities

AsanHRBP Retail NL intern,youwill support the delivery of your assigned initiative through strong organisation, communication, and coordination.Your responsibilities may include:

Project Management & Coordination

  • Support planning, execution, and tracking of an HR project

  • Coordinate stakeholders, follow up on actions, and helpmaintainproject timelines

  • Prepare project artefacts such as planning overviews, meeting summaries, and stakeholder maps

  • Assistin the organisation of meetings and workshops

Content Creation & Communication

  • Develop PowerPoint presentations that tell a clear and compelling story

  • Prepare communication materials for HR stakeholders and project updates

  • Break down complex information into simple, clear messages

Business-as-Usual (BAU) HRBP Support

Alongside your main project, you will contribute to the day-to-day activities of the Retail HRBP team, such as:

  • Preparing materials or insights for HRBP meetings

  • Supporting recurring HR cycles where needed (e.g. performance, talent, or engagement initiatives)

  • Assistingwith stakeholder communication or coordination

  • Contributing to continuous improvement of team processes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identifyopportunities to improve project workflows or communication

  • Bring fresh ideas to elevate clarity, structure, and stakeholder engagement

The following skills and experience will be needed to succeed in this role:

  • Strong PowerPoint skills

  • Organisationaland coordination skills

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Clear communication and structured writing

  • A background in HRis helpful
