The team | Tribe 
You will join a dynamic, self-steering strategy and distribution team within ING’s Insurance Tribe. Together with colleagues from different areas of expertise, you will work on projects that accelerate growth, innovate to enhance our digital propositions and strengthen our partnerships. Roles and responsibilities

  • Serve as the commercial and product expert, analyzing customer behavior and market trends to inform product strategies.
  • Create compelling business cases, develop projections, and lead projects alongside your team and key stakeholders.
  • Manage external stakeholder relationships and third-party partnerships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Define targets, set KPIs, and lead performance review meetings with partners.
  • Act as the insurance domain expert, sharing industry insights and best practices within the team.
  • Lead project management for new proposition development, ensuring successful implementation and launch.
  • Analyze customer segmentation and behavior to create effective distribution strategies.
  • Optimize customer journeys by conducting funnel analysis and removing friction points, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Conduct risk analysis and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures, aligning with regulatory standards.

  • Possess solid knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of the business.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing, product management, or digital sales in the insurance industry.
  • Strong team player with a proactive learning attitude.
  • Currently residing in the Netherlands.
