Role Summary

You are the analytical heartbeat of our digital campaign squads.

With a mix of sharp insights, entrepreneurial thinking and a test and learn mindset, you help improve our digital funnels and campaigns — boosting conversion, activation and engagement.

Your Team & Environment

You’ll join the Growth department within the Digital Tribe DACI, working closely with Customer Journey Experts, product owners and marketeers.

You report to the Personalization & Martech Product Lead and are part of a passionate analytics community that continuously shares, learns, and innovates.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and uncover new growth opportunities.

  • Analyze digital performance and campaign results, identifying levers that really move the needle.

  • Shape, run, and evaluate A/B tests that help ING learn faster.

  • Translate data into simple, actionable recommendations for squads and leadership.

  • Strengthen our analytics ecosystem — improving measurement, dashboards and tooling.

  • Share insights with a mindset of curiosity, ownership, and collaboration.

What You Bring (Medior Profile)

  • A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics… or equivalent experience (~3+ years).

  • Hands on analytics experience in marketing, growth or digital environments.

  • Solid skills in SQL, SAS CI360, SAS eGuide, Adobe Analytics, Power BI; Python is a plus.

  • A curious, proactive mindset — eager to challenge, simplify and drive meaningful outcomes.
