  • You design forward-looking strategies for engaging direct merchants in the Belgian market, aligned with our long-term vision.
  • You prepare the groundwork for future partnerships, even where direct engagement is not yet possible.

You drive strategic planning and performance.

  • You co-create strategic plans and KPIs together with the Product Lead and Customer Journey Expert to accelerate affiliate growth and prepare for direct merchant engagement.
  • You define and track KPIs across affiliates, offers, and platform performance to enable data-driven decisions and continuous optimization.

You connect across borders and build stakeholder trust.

  • You collaborate with ING Wholesale Banking and SME teams to ensure a seamless experience for merchants and customers.
  • You engage internal and external stakeholders with clarity and purpose, securing buy-in and driving results.

You build customer-centric products.

  • You gather merchant insights and translate them into impactful product features that enhance the customer experience.
  • You stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and compliance standards to ensure our solutions remain secure, relevant, and future-ready.
