The Team

ING Private Banking is on an ambitious growth journey. As the market leader in the business segment, we see tremendous potential to expand our footprint in the Private Banking space in Belgium.

To support this growth, we are strengthening our central teams and launching a dedicated Wealth Office within ING Private Banking. This office will focus on clients with financial capital exceeding €5M, most of which is typically invested. These clients expect not only top-tier investment services but also comprehensive financial and estate planning, Next Gen advisory, and tailored solutions in daily banking, insurance, and lending.

You’ll join a high-performing team of experts committed to delivering a best-in-class experience for our Wealth clients.

Your Role: Value Proposition Manager Wealth

As Value Proposition Manager Wealth (GJA 18), you will be responsible for designing and delivering a compelling and competitive offering for our Wealth clients. You will:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our Wealth value proposition, keeping pace with market trends and client expectations.

  • Give commercial support to our 20 Wealth Bankers and their hierarchical managers: the Head of Zones.

  • Develop centralized segment approach in Wealth e.g. institutional, Family Office, ...

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Tribes, including your fellow Value Proposition Managers (Investments, Business Banking, Beyond).

  • Work with Commercial Support Managers and Content & Communication teams to ensure a seamless and premium experience for our Private & Wealth Bankers and their clients.

  • Lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering measurable impact.

  • Act as a key driver in shaping the Wealth Office’s services and positioning ING as a top choice for high-net-worth individuals.

What Makes You Successful

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has deep experience in Private Banking, particularly with Wealth clients (>€5M) and a strong understanding of their investment needs.

  • Is a strategic thinker with a delivery mindset—able to translate ideas into action and drive results.

  • Has proven project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and bring stakeholders together.

  • Communicates fluently in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).

  • Thrives in a pioneering environment and enjoys building new services from the ground up.

  • Is curious, proactive, and eager to grow—personally and professionally.
