The Internal Communications Expert Team is a team of 4 people (including the Expert Lead). The purpose of the team is to implement the internal communication strategy to build and maintain ING Belgium’s reputation with the different stakeholders. The team is responsible for and/or involved in translating the organization's strategy and priorities into internal communication plans, advising the business and other stakeholders, identifying key information, managing projects and ensuring the right channels are in place, to support the achievement of ING Belgium's strategic objectives.
