A day in the life of an Intern in the Structured Front Office Lease team

  • You will support the Structured Front Office team in day‑to‑day business tasks.

  • Prepare and send email replies to customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.

  • Create quotations and follow up on them: monitor statuses, chase pending feedback, and ensure timely progression.

  • Coordinate with CLT and Sales teams to ensure alignment and efficient information flow.

  • Identify tasks that can be transferred or optimized and propose improvements where relevant.

  • Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree;
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Language: French and Dutch mandatory and English is a plus
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

As an intern in the Structured Front Office team, you will have the opportunity to:

·       Get a practical experience in client service, follow‑up and coordination

·       Have an understanding of sales and structured leasing activities
