The Mission

Ensure the reliable operation, continuous improvement, and secure evolution
of our backend systems. Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to
design and deliver responsive, scalable, and secure IT solutions that support
our business goals.


Your day to day
• Design, install, and operate applications in Linux and cloud-based
environments, including virtualization and containerization technologies.
• Manage environments and configuration.
• Setup, optimize and maintain build and deployment pipelines, driving
automation and continuous improvement (Azure DevOps, Git, scripting).
• Support network infrastructure activities such as firewall configurations,
DNS, DHCP, network storage, and load balancing.
• Build, enhance, and operate monitoring and logging solutions for
availability, performance, and IT security (e.g. using ELK Stack,
Prometheus, Grafana).
• Share responsibility for the stable and secure operation of key customer
applications, ensuring 24/7 availability through on-call rotations, disaster
recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Support change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, operational risk controls, and audit
requirements, including preparing and providing evidence for audits.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to drive
operational excellence.


What you’ll bring to the team
• Completed STEM degree or formal training in computer science or a
related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT operations, administration,
or enterprise software development.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps environments with some of the following
technologies: application or web servers, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker,
Elastic Stack, Azure DevOps, Git, UC4/Automic, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana,
Ansible, Puppet.
• Ideally, experience working in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong expertise in application support, monitoring and logging solutions,
CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and databases.
• Solid understanding of client–server architectures, including microservices,
REST APIs, JSON, and TLS.
• Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the
initiative to proactively contribute new ideas.
