Mission

Our mission is to deliver outstanding customer experience and seamless transaction execution for both existing and prospective clients. As an intern within the Financial Markets team, you will support Macroeconomics Research, Trading, and Corporate & Financial Institutions Sales teams by assisting in market analysis, research, and execution processes. You will gain exposure to real-time market dynamics while contributing to the preparation of insights, supporting transactions, and enhancing the delivery of client solutions.

About the team

You will join a highly skilled team where excellence in trading, macroeconomic analysis and FM sales create an environment that is both focused and supportive. The team operates in a fastpaced, innovationdriven space — with continuous exposure to new products, systems, and complex transactional activity — offering plenty of room to initiative and impactful analysis.

Your day to day

  • Support macroeconomic research and market monitoring by tracking key economic developments, central bank communications, and market indicators, contributing to internal updates and client-facing materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of market insights and trade ideas, working closely with Trading and Sales teams to translate macro views into actionable client discussions.
  • Contribute to the development of client materials and presentations, including market updates, pitches.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, and Sales teams to understand product dynamics (FX, rates, credit, etc.) and support the delivery of integrated client solutions.
  • Maintain and update market data, reports, and internal dashboards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of key information.
  • Analyze client hedging needs and market exposures, supporting the identification of appropriate risk management strategies, and contribute to the generation of trading ideas by combining macroeconomic insights, market developments, and client-specific contexts.

What you bring to the team

  • Strong interest in financial markets and macroeconomics, with a desire to understand how market dynamics translate into client solutions.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support the generation of market insights.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, proactively asking questions and seeking to deepen your understanding of products, markets, and client needs.
  • Proactive attitude and initiative, contributing ideas, supporting team activities, and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and contribute to internal updates and client materials.
  • Team-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively with colleagues across Research, Trading, and Sales.
  • Basic technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with financial data sources is a plus) and an openness to learning new tools and systems
  • High level of integrity and responsibility, with awareness of compliance, confidentiality, and risk considerations in a Financial Markets environment.
