The Mission

As a PL/SQL Developer, you will be an integral member of an agile Scrum team, working collaboratively to ensure the secure, reliable, and high‑performing operation of large‑scale enterprise applications in the areas of Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Business Process Management (BPM), aiming to enhance and stabilize a legacy application with extensive business logic implemented in Oracle Database (PL/SQL).

We are seeking an experienced and curious PL/SQL Developer with a passion for understanding how complex systems work under the hood. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technical depth, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset. Your day to day

• Analyze, optimize, and extend PL/SQL packages, triggers, and complex queries.

• Performance tuning and troubleshooting in production-related systems.

• Automic/UC4: Design and operate job chains and workflows for database and document processes.

• Incident/Problem handling and manage changes via ServiceNow and Azure.

• Identify opportunities for automations and improvements

What you’ll bring to the team

• Deep PL/SQL expertise in complex legacy architectures.

• Experience with UC4 job control and deployment processes.

• Understanding of governance and secure use of NPA/CyberArk.

• Knowledge of Icinga for system and process monitoring.

• Enthusiastic personality, enjoying working in a multi-cultural environment 

• Wiliness to learn and experiment new technologies 

• Proficient in English (verbal and writing) 

Tech Stack & Tools

• Oracle PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning.

• Automic/UC4 (modifying, optimizing, object control, scheduling, transport).

• ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Azure.
