Mission

This role steers the commercial actions for supporting the overall investments products strategy. The role entails active involvement in increasing sales for the investment products, budgeting exercise & portfolio actions meant to increase the product penetration aiming to align with the overall Retail Strategy in terms of fee income growth and primary client’s development.


Your day to day

  • Implement long term investment products business strategy, aligned with retail/bank objectives, market expectations;
  • Defining contribution of each product, customer segment and channels to the investment products strategy;
  • Defining and implementation of commercial campaigns to support expected performance, both for customers’ acquisition and portfolio growth;
  • Play a proactive role in defining strategic initiatives related to business growth;
  • Define tactical actions to support strategic segments clients’ growth, monitor and argument key drivers;
  • Proposing pricing strategy and products features for the investment products;
  • Promoting the experimentation mindset across the team members, sharing results and identifying best practices;
  • Monitoring and identifying main drivers for clients’ dynamics (portfolio, x-sell, income, acquisition) , products performance, sales and P&L related;
  • Supporting the agile way of working and actively look for improvements;
  • Preparing and being ready to present the team priorities in front of various stakeholders.

What you bring to the team

  • University Degree (post graduate qualification is a plus); 
  • 7 years of experience in Banking with a proven track record in managing similar projects;
  • Solid understanding of daily banking products and market;
  • Previous experience in working with investment products is a plus;
  • Commercial mindset and strong business knowledge
  • Structured approach and results driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to connect the dots, to set strategy and direction based on facts and figures;
  • Inspiring communication capabilities, to deliver a compelling story that engages and influences across the organization;
  • Team player; it is about the team, you trust others and can be trusted. You are committed to team goals and always have the right spirit;
  • Ability to work in matrix organization, collaborative mindset;
  • Autonomy to set own priorities and manage backlogs, structured way of working while flexibility to adapt to continuous change, ‘can do’ mentality, proactive and willing to go the extra mile;
  • Passion for the customer & communication skills; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English;
