Your Tasks

  • You take ownership of the analysis, design, and continuous enhancement of our transfer pricing models in line with OECD Guidelines and German transfer pricing regulations, ensuring our framework remains compliant, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
  • Preparing and maintaining the Local File becomes part of your core expertise, and you actively support global transfer pricing documentation requirements across jurisdictions.
  • You perform arm’s length analyses, evaluate intracompany recharge mechanisms, and provide well-founded support during tax audits — combining technical excellence with a pragmatic mindset.
  • Working closely with global stakeholders, you contribute to the development and refinement of group-wide pricing methodologies and ensure consistent implementation across entities.
  • You support the full end-to-end lifecycle of intracompany arrangements: from drafting and reviewing contracts and defining calculation methodologies to ensuring accurate accounting treatment and booking.
  • Beyond day-to-day operations, you contribute to strategic and operational tax projects, including process optimization, automation, and digitalization initiatives that strengthen efficiency and transparency.
  • You also provide light-touch support on VAT considerations related to intracompany transactions, ensuring they are appropriately reflected while keeping transfer pricing as your core focus.
  • In short: you take ownership early, combine analytical depth with business understanding, and help build a modern, resilient, and forward-looking transfer pricing framework.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification – ideally with a tax focus
  • Several years of experience in Transfer Pricing or International Tax; basic Indirect Tax knowledge is a plus
  • Strong understanding of OECD TP Guidelines, German TP regulations, and related VAT interfaces
  • Analytical and structured working style, paired with strong problem‑solving skills
  • High sense of ownership, excellent communication abilities, and motivation for cross‑functional collaboration
  • The ability to look outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
  • Excellent German and English language skills
