Junior Consultant - Workplace and Project Management



Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement and Corporate Real Estate? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Poland to support Global Procurement team and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally.

Are you passionate about creating inspiring, sustainable, and data-driven work environments? Do you want to help redefine how people work across the globe? We’re looking for a forward-thinking Workplace Strategy & Project Consultant to help us localize and implement our Hybrid Orange Workplace concept across our global portfolio.

We are looking for you if you:

  • Have a Master’s degree in the field of real estate, architecture, workplace consultancy,building engineering or equivalent

  • Have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Real Estate and/or Procurement

  • Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments,

  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity,

  • Demonstrated very good organizational and communication skills, work in a multi-tasking environment, and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Have very good English skills (spoken and written) 

  • Have very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and databases

You'll get extra points for:

  • Familiarity with Corporate Real Estate and office design

Your responsibilities:

  • Workplace strategy: 

  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of our Hybrid Orange Workplace concept by integrating global trends, employee feedback, and data insights.

  • Translate global guidelines into localized fit-out solutions for office buildings and Private Banking branches, balancing innovation with local culture, regulations, and hybrid work needs.

  • Project Management:

  • Develop and maintainsmart project tools: templates, tracking dashboards, and governance frameworks that streamline delivery and boost transparency.

  • Drive project success by assembling cross-functional teams, supporting design reviews, monitoring timelines and budgets, and embedding sustainability into every step—from design to procurement

  • Space Management:

  • Act as the key liaison with our global space management service provider.

  • Ensure our space data is accurate and up-to-date by overseeing floorplan uploads and validating spatial information—empowering smarter decisions across the organization.
