The expected salary for this position: 9600 - 13000 PLN gross


The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • experience on ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), this is considered a big plus
  • experience on ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • good command of English, both written and spoken
  • growth mindset, a customer focus and a collaborative attitude
  • ability to understand, challenge and deliver solutions that fit business requirements

You'll get extra points for:

  • speak fluent English
  • understand, speak and write Dutch
  • knowledge on and/or experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Custom Applications
  • scripting and programming in other languages
  • knowledge of web technologies, such as JavaScript / AngularJS, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP etc.
  • certification in ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer or Implementation Specialist
  • experience with Employee Center (Pro), Service Portals and Virtual Agent
  • experience with Flow Designer and its related features

Your responsibilities:

  • developing, maintaining and supporting ServiceNow applications according to business requirements and best practices
  • integrating ServiceNow with other systems and platforms using APIs, web services, and orchestration,
  • troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security,
  • collaborating with other developers, product owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions,
  • keeping up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and trends.

Information about squad:

You will join one of the squads, developing and administering ServiceNow platform within ING Group.

Team’s primary task is to develop and maintain ServiceNow instance within Enterprise System Management scope, according to customer needs and ING regulations & practices (compliance, agile way of working, etc).

The squad is led by a Product Owner who gives the autonomy to engineers to manage and implement technical tasks according to the product backlog items specifications.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
