Third Parties Management Stageur

ING Bank sta ricercando un/una Stageur da inserire all’interno del CoE di Strategic Planning & Business Control, nel team Commissioning & Third Parties Management - Mandates.

Il/la candidato/a, supportato quotidianamente da una persona del team, dovrà fornire supporto al team per il delivery di due progetti di area per l’anno 2025.

Obiettivi di stage:

  • Affiancarsi nelle attività di On Boarding dei Venditori della Banca, per mappare tutte le fasi del processo sottoelencate, che possono richiedere il coinvolgimento anche di altre aree della Banca:

    • Recruiting

    • Formazione

    • Business Partners Due Diligence (BPDD) in fase di onboarding e di periodic review

    • Assegnazione pacchetto contrattuale

    • Data entry nel tool di fatturazione

    • Assegnazione codici operativi sui sistemi Banca

    • Iscrizione ente Enasarco

    • Gestione cessazioni

    • Attività amministrative correlate

  • Affiancarsi nelle attività di gestione documentale per le i Venditori della Banca per razionalizzarne le destinazioni d’uso, organizzando i vari format utili alle varie destinazioni d’uso.

In aggiunta agli obiettivi specifici il/la candidato/a avrà la possibilità di fornire il proprio contributo per fare improvement nei processi as is dell’area di appartenenza.

Requisiti richiesti e soft skills:

  • Diploma di scuola superiore e/o Laurea

  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel, Word e Power Point)

  • Ottime capacità analitiche, comunicative e organizzative

  • Proattività e orientamento al risultato

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata

Durata: Contratto di stage di 6 mesi (rinnovabile)
