Key Responsabilities :

  • Primary Point of Contact (SPOC) for Sourcing: Act as the preferred SPOC within the branch and with Head Office (CoE Sourcing Central) for all sourcing-related matters.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Ensure continuous dissemination of knowledge on TIPM (Third and Intragroup Party Management) and sourcing-related topics, including DORA Pillar 4 requirements, to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Policy Compliance: Serve as the gatekeeper for the proper implementation of global policies (TIPM, Sourcing Procedure, Sourcing Control Standards, etc.), ensuring alignment with DORA Pillar 4 obligations.
  • EBA Compliance: Oversee adherence to EBA sourcing requirements and drive their implementation across the organisation.
  • Framework Support: Assist business lines in applying the TIPM framework, regulations, and policies for onboarding new sourced services, ensuring compliance with DORA Pillar 4.
  • Strategic Guidance: Support management in making sourcing decisions aligned with global and local sourcing strategies (including tiering mechanisms).
  • Local Strategy: Define, update, and deploy the local sourcing strategy.
  • Governance: Organise and lead the Local TIPM Board on a timely basis (every two months and ad hoc as needed), ensuring coordination and follow-up on all actions and decisions, including those related to DORA Pillar 4 compliance.
  • Control Plans: Assist business lines in defining and implementing service provider control plans (including controls, KCTs, and evidence collection).
  • Cost Management: Provide oversight of sourcing contract costs in collaboration with Business Owners and Procurement.
  • Sourcing Register Maintenance and Sign-Off: Ensure completeness and accuracy of data required by EBA sourcing requirements, including evidence collection and recording in ICS portal (intragroup) and BuyRight (external providers). Prepare and validate the sourcing register for sign-off.
  • Documentation: Coordinate production, validation, and proper recording of mandatory sourcing documents (MSA, SoS, decision trees, risk assessments, strategic service reviews, exit strategies, etc.), ensuring compliance with TIPM and DORA Pillar 4 standards.
  • Remediation Actions: Lead global remediation initiatives for the branch and provide timely updates during TIPM Board meetings.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee outsourced activities, monitor contract execution, establish steering committees (monthly/quarterly), and track performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Issue Resolution: Support Business Owners in resolving incidents or blocking points with service providers.
  • Audit Follow-Up: Monitor and implement action plans following service provider audits.
  • Contract Review: Collaborate cross-functionally (Business Owners, Procurement, Legal) on SLA reviews and contract renegotiations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for intra-group and external service providers, in coordination with Business Owners.
  • Risk and Control: Participate in RCSA activities related to sourcing and execute required actions.
  • Financial Alignment: Maintain continuous alignment with the Finance department and escalate discrepancies to service owners for remediation.
  • Best Practices & Continuous Improvement: Implement existing best practices from the Group and actively identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and governance.
