ING Performance and Reward Team offer specialist skills to HR and the wider business. From P&R Consulting, Internal Mobility, Rem Regulation and P&R Reporting, our team is small enough for the roles to have variety and breadth, and large enough to be part of a global P&R function offering exposure to global job architecture, systems and initiatives.   

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Head of P&R, COE Leads, Head of People Services and HRBP’s to develop and deliver standardised P&R and People reporting, dashboards and ad-hoc reporting for HR, leadership and Board
  • Prepare data submissions for salary surveys. Benchmarking positions using survey providers
  • Support the annual performance review cycle
  • Deliver P&R/HR/People management reporting, analysis, insights, and recommendations that inform business decision making.
  • Periodical reporting including Attrition, WGEA, Gender Pay Gap, Gender Representation, Conditions and benefits utilisation
  • Prepare slide packs on a regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Be responsible for data cleansing, Improvements to visualisation/presentation techniques

What we’re looking for

  • Critical Thinking. Experience and skill with data story telling to provide intuitive and actionable insights from P&R and People data
  • Knowledge managing creation/integration of new and existing HR data sources, to aid the HR team to produce meaningful, sustainable reporting  
  • Technical capability in organising complex data sets into useful formats. HR analytics using Data warehousing, HR systems, dashboards
  • Develop and deliver analytical insights to enable an improved customer experience and to drive business process improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate and engage well with stakeholders at all levels in a highly professional manner and be able to present technical solutions in a business context.
