Accounting Business Analyst



ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have knowledge and experience in finance and IT systems supporting finance and are able to bridge business and technology,
  • have integral, domain exceeding knowledge of finance and especially of accounting and general ledger processes,
  • have experience in the financial services industry and have knowledge on banking products,
  • have project management skills and have experience in implementing financial systems/software, especially accounting rules solutions,
  • are excellent communicator able to build bridges between different stakeholders and to present your analyses in a clear manner,
  • are real team player able to convincingly bring forward your proposals,
  • are able to work remotely from the other members of the team, product owner and chapter lead in a multi-national context.

English level - C1

You'll get extra points for:

  • knowledge/Experience with Aptitude Accounting Hub or any other accounting rules engine and product ledger,
  • working knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Lean,
  • being a self-starter and taking responsibility to get the work done.

Your responsibilities:

  • business and functional requirements/issues/changes/processes analysis,
  • IT Solution design,
  • stakeholders collaboration,
  • IT Operations Support.

Information about the squad:

As a Business Analyst, you will be working in a squad composed of business analysts, system developers and a product owner. The squad aims to bring together a deep understanding of the underlying banking business (e.g. Wholesale Banking Lending, Financial Markets and Transaction Services), capabilities to translate the business needs into accounting solutions, the expertise to implement the solution design for the changes requested in the Finance systems, as well as jointly taking on the responsibility for smoothly running end of day processes.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Change Expert III”.
