You stimulate dialogue by gathering stories from the business and bringing them to life on channels such as Viva Engage and LinkedIn. • Safeguard tone of voice, frameworks and internal consistency within and across business units.

  • Connect business unit communications to ING’s overall strategy and ensure consistent messaging.

  • Manage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and within the Internal & External Communications team.

  • Identify opportunities where involving ING Global adds value within the Dutch matrix context. E.g., Global campaigns, events, etc.

  • Measure communication impact, analyse results and continuously improve approaches and tools.

  • Contribute to the further development of internal communication frameworks, processes and instruments within a growing internal communication function.
