HR Specialist/Senior Specialist

The expected salary for this position: 7 100 - 9 500 zł gross

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably within HR data management processes (employee lifecycle administration),
  • Solid experience with HR systems and processes, with a strong focus on data management,
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
  • Experience in planning and coordinating team activities based on workload and priorities,
  • Exposure to transition activities, including documentation preparation/review and process & tools setup,
  • Ability to structure processes and drive execution effectively,
  • Strong communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset,
  • High level of accuracy, structured way of working and attention to detail,
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

You'll get extra points for:

  • Very good written and spoken German (B2+/C1),
  • Experience in Agile, operational management, quality management and risk management,
  • A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity to enhance processes in an agile way,
  • Practical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow,
  • Knowledge of German labour law and employment regulations,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools,
  • Ambition to contribute to building ING’s global People Services Centre,
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing HR administration processes related to employee lifecycle events (hire, change, separation),
  • Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of employee data,
  • Preparing employment contracts and related documentation,
  • Handling employee inquiries and cooperating closely with managers,
  • Maintaining and updating knowledge base content for employees, managers, and HR,
  • Supporting onboarding and training of new team members,
  • Assisting in the implementation of policies, procedures and systems.

About the team:

The People Services Team provides first- and second-line support for ING employees in Germany, covering areas such as hiring, separations, job changes, payroll, absences, and employee data management. 

We operate within established frameworks such as quality management, escalations handling, continuous improvement, and SME expertise. 

Our teams are organized in agile squads, enabling a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and flexibility. This setup empowers team members to respond quickly to business needs and continuously improve ways of working.
