ServiceNow Senior Engineer

The expected salary for this position: 9 600 - 15 000 PLN gross

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration,
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or IT Operations Management – Data Foundations,
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience with common web and platform technologies such as XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML and CSS,
  • Experience with CI/CD and Automated Test Framework (ATF),
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification,
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification,
  • A strong command of English, both written and spoken,
  • A growth mindset, strong customer focus, and a collaborative attitude,
  • The ability to understand, challenge, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

You'll get extra points for:

  • Experience with Now Assist,
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS‑ITSM),
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CIS‑DF),
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing, maintaining, and supporting ServiceNow applications in line with business requirements and best practices,
  • Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and orchestration,
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to functionality, performance, and security,
  • Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions,
  • Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and platform trends.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III".
