Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Expert/Analyst (Finance Advice Expert in Wholesale Banking Tech Domain) who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong learning agility, technical expertise, and a drive to challenge the status quo. You’ll lead financial data management, support cost center oversight, and drive reporting automation across the Wholesale Banking Tech domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial data consolidation and reporting across Wholesale Banking Tech.
  • Support cost center management for smaller units, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
  • Design and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Advanced Excel.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate Flash and Actuals reporting, Dynamic Planning, and Rolling Forecasts.
  • Improve data quality and reduce manual processes through automation and standardization.
  • Collaborate globally with finance teams to challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively implement solutions.

Key Capabilities/Experience & Minimum Qualifications

Furthermore, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, Experience in banking, particularly Wholesale Banking, is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial advisory, or reporting roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with SmartView, Hyperion, Essbase, or TM1 is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Proven ability to build reports from scratch and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial insights.
  • Strong learning agility and a proactive, self-starting approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and driving efficiency through automation.
  • Open to candidates from other industries with strong technical and analytical capabilities.
