Are you someone who:

  • is commercial and customer oriented

  • has extensive knowledge of the digital channels within Business Banking

  • has strong communication skills

  • is experienced in transferring digital proposition and WOW to customers

  • does not shy away from problems and tries to solve them.

And you also have:

  • the level of knowledge Bachelor or equivalent through experience.

  • several years of work experience

  • knowledge of the Midcorp customer segment

  • knowledge of the product range for business clients

  • basic knowledge of credit contracts and collateral

  • knowledge of aspects of the credit decision process

  • good knowledge of the most common IT applications.

 Then you might be our new Sales & Services Officer (West Region)

Your role:

  • you offer commercial support to the Relationship Managers (preparing commercial visits, contacting/advising/guiding customers, etc.).

  • you provide support in the field of data quality and the administration of the Business Center

  • you control the credit decision process for the Mixed segment

  • you draw up credit contracts (TPK, Wel4ING) and you prepare the contract layout in case of ‘customized contracts’

  • You are a point of contact for customers.
