Join ING and play a pivotal role in driving customer growth across our market-leading banking products.

As Customer Acquisition Manager (Digital), you will own and optimise the end-to-end acquisition strategy, bringing together channels, customer journeys, data, technology and teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded digital marketing professional to make a tangible impact by identifying new growth opportunities, improving funnel performance, and leading initiatives that convert insights into customer acquisition results. You'll work at the intersection of marketing, digital, product and analytics, ensuring our paid, owned and earned channels work seamlessly together to attract, engage and convert customers.

If you're passionate about digital performance, thrive in collaborative environments, and enjoy transforming data and insights into action, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Own and optimise the end-to-end digital acquisition funnel across paid, owned and earned channels, driving customer growth and conversion outcomes.

  • Partner with Performance Marketing, SEO, CRO, Content, Product and Analytics teams to deliver seamless campaigns and customer journeys.

  • Analyse acquisition and funnel performance data, turning insights into actionable recommendations that improve results.

  • Lead structured test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B testing and conversion optimisation, to unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Align and coordinate stakeholders, squads and agency partners while providing hands-on support and guidance on digital acquisition tools and best practices.

What we're looking for

  • 6–8+ years' experience in digital acquisition, growth marketing or digital marketing within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Strong expertise across SEO, SEM, digital analytics, conversion optimisation, experimentation and digital campaign performance.

  • Proven ability to use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

  • A collaborative and influential stakeholder manager who can connect teams, align priorities and drive execution across multiple functions.

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms, with the confidence to provide practical guidance and support when required.
