Are you passionate about turning complex data into meaningful business insights?We'relooking for a commercially mindedData Analystto partner with Product, Marketing and Customer teams to measure campaign performance, optimise communication strategies and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, campaignmanagementand stakeholder engagement, requiring someone who can confidently analyse data, tell compelling stories throughvisualisationandadvisethe business on what actions to take based on robust statistical evidence.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse and integrate data from multiple sources to measure campaign performance, customerengagementand communication effectiveness.

  • Perform complex data wrangling, cleansing and transformation to deliveraccurate,reliableand actionable insights.

  • Develop dashboards and data visualisations that bring data to life and help stakeholders understand performance trends and opportunities.

  • Present insights and recommendations to Product Owners, Marketingteamsand senior stakeholders, clearly communicating how campaigns are performing.

  • Use statistical analysis to advise on campaign strategy, targeting and communication parameters, including recommendations on why initiatives should or should notproceed.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in data analytics roles supporting campaigns, marketing, customercommunicationsor CRM environments.

  • Advanced SQL skills, strong Tableau (or similar visualisation tool) experience, andproficiencyin Python,Ror another scripting language.

  • Excellent technical capability in data wrangling, analysis and working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.

  • Strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate findings into practical commercial recommendations and influence decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across Product,Marketingand business teams to deliver data-driven outcomes.
