Designed for ambitious graduates with global aspirations, our International Talent Programme (ITP) is an 18-month career journey that combines meaningful work, international exposure and accelerated development.

With four exciting streams to choose from, you'll work alongside industry experts, tackle real business challenges and build the skills, experience and global network needed to accelerate your career at ING.

Your career, accelerated

Our ITP is more than a graduate program. It's an opportunity to explore different areas of ING, discover your strengths and build the foundation for a successful international career.

Throughout the programme, you'll complete three rotations designed to broaden your experience and accelerate your development:

  • First rotation: immerse yourself in your chosen stream and gain hands-on experience delivering meaningful work from day one.
  • Second rotation: expand your perspective through a new challenge, with the opportunity to undertake an international assignment within ING's global network.
  • Third rotation: deepen your expertise by joining a different team within your business area, building broader experience while continuing to develop your career path.

Beyond your rotations, you'll work on strategic projects that contribute to ING's future growth and transformation, collaborate with experienced professionals and fellow graduates from around the world, and receive structured learning, mentoring and coaching throughout the programme.

From supporting major business decisions and enhancing customer experiences to developing innovative technology solutions, strengthening risk management practices or shaping the future of work, you'll be empowered to make a meaningful contribution from day one
