Internship in Employer Branding and Diversity&Inclusion Team

We are looking for you, if you:

  • are detailoriented, wellorganized, and enjoy administrative work,

  • feel comfortable working within structured processes,

  • communicate clearly in Polish and English (min. B2 level),

  • are familiar with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint),

  • are eager to learn and gain experience in HR/Employer Branding.

Your responsibilities:

  • supporting administrative tasks andmaintainingproject documentation,

  • assistingin organizing EB/D&I events (meetings, workshops, internal initiatives),

  • preparing simple reports,summariesand presentations,

  • collaborating with vendors and internal teams (e.g., orders, requests, approvals),

  • supporting the creation of communication materials and employer branding activities,

  • helpingcoordinate Diversity, InclusionandBelonging initiatives from an operational perspective.

We are a team dedicated to creating innovative employer branding strategies and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We collaborate with various teams at ING Hubs Poland and other ING entities worldwide, as well as with external organizations, to build employer brand awareness, engage employees, and create an open and diverse work environment. We are looking for an intern to support our Employer BrandingandDiversity & Inclusion team in administrative,logisticaland organizational tasks. This isa great opportunityfor someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and wants to learn how employer branding and D&I initiativesoperatebehind the scenes.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Intern I”

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.
