Role Purpose

As a Training Associate, he/she supports the Expert Lead Training and Learning Team in the execution of learning initiatives, helping translate learning priorities into structured activities and smooth delivery. The role focuses on operational support, coordination and data management, contributing to a positive and consistent learning experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy & Design

- Support the implementation of the L&D strategy and training plan through operational activities and coordination

- Assist in learning needs collection and consolidation of inputs from stakeholders

- Support the rollout of learning paths and programs (classroom, virtual, blended)

- Provide administrative and coordination support to align initiatives with learning priorities

  • Training Delivery & Governance

- Support the organization and execution of training initiatives (scheduling, logistics, participant management)

- Assist in tracking mandatory and regulatory training completion

- Monitor training activities and collect feedback from participants

- Contribute to ensuring a smooth learner experience across training activities

- Support logistics for learning events and initiatives

  • Learning Platform & Operations

- Support daily operations of the Learning Management System (Workday Learning)

- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the system

- Assist in coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors (logistics, follow-up)

- Support communication and operational updates related to training activities

  • Analytics & Reporting

- Collect and update learning data (participation, completion, feedback)

- Support preparation of basic reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI

- Maintain and update tracking files and reporting tools

- Identify basic trends and inconsistencies in data and highlight them to the team

  • Knowledge & Experience

- 1–3 years experience in HR, Learning, or administrative/project support roles

- Strong organizational and coordination skills

- Solid Excel skills (data tracking and analysis)

- Power BI or similar tools as a plus

- Attention to detail and reliability in execution

- Good communication skills in Italian and English fluency

- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
